PNEUMA DREAMWORK: DREAMS FOR THE AWAKENING

Be part of this ONLINE course that brings together techniques, strategies and practices of Transpersonal Psychology, Shamanism and Spiritual Traditions.
It will offer you a complete program that will allow you to delve into the your Dream Universe.
You will improve your dream recollection and their interpretation. We will also investigate their symbolism within the different traditions, practice lucid dreaming and astral experiences.
• From the psychological perspective: you will work with the content of your own dreams as a guide on your path of self-knowledge and to deepen the understanding of your personal processes.
• From the shamanic and transpersonal perspective: you will acquire tools to move towards lucid dreaming and astral experiences.
• From the spiritual perspective: you will recognize that working with your dreams is part of a broad framework of Spiritual Progression or Awakening towards Consciousness. You will learn to work on your dreams to receive Guidance, Healing, Teaching and Connection.
• Whenever possible, Pneuma Institute will provide you with options to experience Expanded States of Consciousness through Pneuma Breathwork; a safe and powerful technique that enables you to experience a deeper connection with the multidimensionality of the Universe.

Pneuma Dreamwork is an optional module within the Transpersonal Psychology and Pneuma Breathwork Training.

1. Live classes via zoom. Spanish and English.

- 9 am to 12 pm Pacific Time.
- 18:00 to 21:00 Spain’s time.
- 11 am to 2 pm Mexico’s time.

PROGRAM:
In this course you will receive:
1. 27 hours of theoretical-practical course (Saturday’s classes) that include:
- Work on your dreams.
- Practices for retrieving your dreams, their interpretation, lucid dreaming, dream incubation and astral experience.
- We will study dream work in ancient traditions and philosophies: Egypt, Greece, Christianity, shamanic traditions…
- Inner work from the perspective of PNEUMA TRANSPERSONAL PSYCHOLOGY, developed by Juan Ruiz Naupari.
2. Group monitoring through 2 live tutorials with our teacher; Maite Pardo Sol. We will work on your dreams and will have Q&A sessions. One session will be held in the middle of the course and one at the end.
- Friday March 31 10 am Pacific time.
- Friday May 26. 10 a.m. Pacific time.
3. BONUSES! Two individual sessions (with a duration of 50 min each) to follow up on your dream work. They will be scheduled in the middle and at the end of the course.
4. Optional. Pneuma Breathwork Sessions. You can take them in person at the various Pneuma Institutes around the world.
