We envision our youth empowered with the tools and self-knowledge to live a vibrant life from a place of inner unity and harmony. What if we could give our children the tools that we were missing; if they knew how to meditate and regulate their minds and emotions, and synchronize their hearts with the rhythm of their true nature?
We believe, in order to accomplish this it is urgent to provide the necessary container for them through the ancient and modern practices of meditation, Pneuma Breathwork, Sacred Art, and communion with nature. With trained facilitators of the Pneuma Institute, and within a dynamic and creative context that meets the youth where they are, we in Pneuma are committed to providing a sacred space for our children to Know Themselves.
